I have been successful in improving my communication skills as well as ability to work in teams and lead the team. Therefore the past few months have been exceptional in terms of improving my ability. However, it is critical for me to identify important points that I need to learn in future. For this, I will conduct a SWOT analysis of my personality and then will prepare another PDP for the development of next 12 months. Therefore a person has to keep on improving and evaluating his skills and actions so that he can become a qualified person. Moreover, I prepared some SMART objectives in the module so that at the end of the module, I would be able to learn and develop my skills. The first part of the module also helped me in analyzing my personality, my strengths, and my weaknesses. By analyzing my own strengths and weaknesses, I was able to analyze what I need to learn in the next few months.
